SEC: 5 Must Watch Games From the SEC/Big 12 Challenge
1. Kentucky at Kansas
Who else did you think was going to claim the No. 1 spot?
John Calipari has given the Kentucky Wildcats program the breath of life and they are the premier team in college basketball to watch year in and year out. Calipari will face against his dear friend Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks, this time inside of the legendary Allen Fieldhouse.
The home-court advantage is real in Lawrence, Kan. The last three times that Kansas has played at home against Kentucky they’ve gotten the victory. Will this year be any different?
Also, everyone’s going to want to keep an eye out for two players on Kentucky’s roster. One of them is Skal Labissiere. The 6’11” center is ranked as one of the top three prospects in the 2016 NBA Draft. The other is Tyler Ulis. The lightweight quick point guard looks like he’s ready to dominate in his sophomore year.
Ulis came back to school to improve his draft stock and when he’ll play against Kansas he’ll do just that.
