5. Alec Burks

Alec Burks is one of the few players on the Utah Jazz roster that actually played on their playoff team back in 2012. It was his rookie season, but following those three years he hasn’t been back to the postseason. Last year, Burks was poised for a big season, especially coming off of a contract extension, but saw his season go down the drain because of shoulder surgery.

This year, Burks is coming back from injury and he’s completely healthy. What you can expect him to do though is take every person off of the dribble who feels like they have a faint opportunity of guarding him. A lot of people admire his game (me included), he only needs to play more.

Could Burks become one of the best shooting guards in the leauge? That’s a question that only he can answer next season by the way that he plays, but he’s got all of the skills to do it.
