March 10 vs. Cleveland Cavaliers: Kobe v. LeBron One Last Time?

Kobe Bryant vs. LeBron James is nothing like Magic-Bird. The current superstars represent two different styles of basketball entirely, and despite their overlapped time in the league, represent two distinctly different generations.

Unfortunately, we never saw these two play against each other at the peak of their basketball powers; but that won’t stop the Kobe vs. LeBron narrative from carrying on long after both of these legends retire.

The debate that has raged in barber shops, sports bars, and internet forums alike, will continue to grow with each chapter added to an ever-expanding argument of basketball greatness.

Even if you don’t get into the “All-Time” ranking lists, getting a chance to see Kobe and LeBron compete against each other for (potentially) the last time is reason enough to tune into this game.

The teams will likely be at the other end of the spectrum, with the Cavaliers chasing an NBA title and the Lakers hoping to be in the playoff mix when March hits, but the excitement of this potential matchup should be the same. As you may recall, Kobe Bryant dished 17 assists in their last meeting, and LeBron responded with a cool 36 points.

Yeah, these guys are good.
