Updated Washington Wizards’ Top 5 Free Agent Targets
4. Luc Richard Mbah a Moute
Moute is a seven-year NBA player who is experienced. This isn’t the guy that would come in to knock down three pointers for the Wizards, but he is one of the most athletic and dynamic players on the list, which is exactly what the Wizards lack at the position now. He has only been to the playoffs twice in his career, but a big reason for that is the number of bad teams he has played for including the Bucks, Kings, Timberwolves, and last season, the 76ers.
The only positive news for the 76ers in the past year is that they were able to draft Jahlil Okafor in this year’s draft, but other than that, it has been a complete embarrassment. Moute still put up solid numbers at 9.9 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. The Wizards would benefit from his athleticism and defensive ability, which lacked evidently in the playoffs.
