The free agent madness officially kicked off at midnight last night and teams were acting immediately. Coveted free agents such as LaMarcus Aldridge and DeAndre Jordan already had meeting with teams that are interested in them, while players like Goran Dragic and Khris Middleton decided to resign with their current team.

The Washington Wizards haven’t bid on anyone yet, but they are expected to pick up one or two role players to help improve next season. They’re also focused on what Paul Pierce may do with the Clippers interested, but reports have come out to make the Wizards’ optimistic about retaining the 38-year old veteran.

With not a whole lot of space in cap to go after one of the marquee players available, the Wizards will look at a number of mid-level exception guys that could definitely boost their roster.
