20. Tobias Harris, RFA

Tobias Harris of the Orlando Magic is one of the most underreported success stories in the NBA. He’s gone from a 2011 NBA Draft afterthought to a seemingly meaningless trade piece to a borderline star.

In 2014-15, Harris took his game to an entirely new level.

Harris finished with averages of 17.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steal and 1.3 3-point field goals made per game. He did this while shooting 36.4 percent from beyond the arc and showing true inside-out potential.

Still just 22 years old, Harris could be the ultimate free agency steal if he lands in the right situation.
