23. Tristan Thompson, RFA

One of the true heroes of the 2015 NBA Finals was Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson. His efforts didn’t result in victory, but he played at a high enough level for the Cavaliers to compete.

Thompson’s energy, effort and general tenacity could land him a long and lucrative contract offer.

Thompson’s lack of development offensively is concerning, but he’s only 24. He has a quality baby hook and provides a strong enough impact on the offensive glass to create his own looks.

Thompson’s market value has become a but inflated, but his impact on the Finals was seen by enough eyes to turn heads.
