NBA: Top 25 Free Agents
1. LeBron James, UFA
Cleveland Cavaliers fans have been here before. LeBron James has entered unrestricted free agency in the past, leaving the incumbent teams in both instances.

James could sign elsewhere as an unrestricted free agency, but it’d be a public relations nightmare. James returning to and leaving Cleveland in a single year would be a devastating blow in the unforgiving eyes of the general public.
More importantly, James is building something special in Cleveland. Why leave after a Finals appearance?
