11. Greg Monroe, UFA

Greg Monroe gambled on himself in 2014-15, signing a one-year deal instead of agreeing to a long-term contract coming out of restricted free agency. Monroe’s gamble paid off, as he’s now one of the most coveted players available.

Perhaps most significantly, Monroe is still only 25 years old.

Monroe finished 2014-15 with averages of 15.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, 3.3 offensive boards, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals per game. It was a surprisingly big year from a player whose role and minutes were both inconsistent.

If Monroe lands in the right situation, he could become the All-Star that many project him to.
