12. Tim Duncan, UFA

Should Tim Duncan actually be on this list? Probably not. It’s a given that he’ll end up being re-signing with the San Antonio Spurs.

As history has shown, however, anything is possible. Besides, if we’re ranking free agents, how can we leave one off?

According to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports, Duncan will be present for the Spurs’ meetings with LaMarcus Aldridge. That truth alone suggests he’s coming back for 2014-15.

The question is, could the money thrown at Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard force the Spurs to low-ball Duncan?
