5. Terry Rozier

Projected to be taken anywhere in the second half of the first round, there’s a chance Terry Rozier isn’t even on the board by the time the Golden State Warriors pick. But if he is, Rozier very well could be the best player still available.

A 6’2″ point guard from Louisville, Rozier is slightly undersized, but his superb athleticism, speed and leaping ability more than make up for it. After averaging 17.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per game for the Cardinals last season, Rozier showed he’s not afraid to finish at the rim and help out his team’s bigs by jostling for rebounds down low.

He can score off the dribble, he’s a willing defender and his 6’8″ wingspan helps him on both ends of the floor. The only issue is his inefficient shooting: 41.1 percent from the floor and 30.6 percent from three-point territory last year. Furthermore, Rozier doesn’t see the floor particularly well and tends to over-dribble, two trends that would stick out like a sore thumb in Oakland.
