Brandon Ashley, Arizona

Along with Dez Wells, Brandon Ashley is another familiar name that will be working out today. At 6’9 with a 7’3 wingspan, he has the size to play in the NBA, but Ashley didn’t live up to the expectations he had coming out of high school. His numbers weren’t great, but that could have also been because he played on very deep and talented Arizona teams.

He likes to shoot outside jumpers, and maybe shoots them a little too much. With his size, he could be more effective around the paint. If a stretch power forward position is what Ashley wants to focus on becoming, he will have to improve his ball-handling and his 33 percent that he shot from three-point range last season.
