With less than a month away to the spectacle that changes the landscape of the NBA, it’s time to break out a fresh mock draft. The wave of team workouts in late May and early June gives fans and the media a sense of what organization has interest in a particular player.
While the premier prospects are expected to work out in the near future, one seemingly plans to wait it out until the draft.
Report: Potential No. 1 overall draft pick Karl-Anthony Towns won’t work out for any NBA teams http://t.co/78plHQydq9

Towns didn’t compete in the NBA Combine either, so the confidence of his hearing name called first is high. Whether or not this is a ploy to avoid starting his career in Minnesota is irrelevant in his ranking and this mock. Rendering the possibility of an injury or poor performance obsolete could prove beneficial.

For international stars like Emmanuel Mudiay, Mario Hezonja, and Kristaps Porizingis, showcasing their abilities on the court to teams is a necessity in boosting a draft stock. All three have the chance to go as early as No. 3 and as late as No. 10.
This year’s draft is intriguing as talent can be had late in the first round and carries into the second round. A player that could go as high as No. 2o could fall to the second round. The depth is beneficial to teams drafting late in the first round.
With a gauge on how the first round plays out Jun. 25, predictions will be based on what teams will do in their respective draft positions. Feel free to comment on the selections and share your opinions on the latest edition of our 2015 NBA Mock Draft.
