4. The Dubs Are Unstoppable At Home

During the regular season, the Golden State Warriors were an unbelievable 39-2 at home — tied for the second best home record in NBA history. In the playoffs, they’ve gone 6-1 at home.

Even though the Rockets were right there at the end of both games at Oracle Arena, the overwhelming evidence (a combined 45-3 record at home) says the Dubs have a great shot at closing this series out in Game 5.

Golden State outscored opponents by 10.1 points per game at home during the regular season to lead the NBA, and in the playoffs, their plus/minus differential of +7.6 also leads the league, per NBA.com.

Before this series started, my original prediction was “Warriors in five.” Even with Curry’s scary fall and Klay Thompson still looking forward to his first standout game of the series, the Dubs are on pace to fulfill that prediction.
