Westbrook & Donovan a.k.a. Explosion Meets Wisdom

A lot of people doubted that Russell Westbrook could become the player that he is today. Back in college he was known as a defensive stopper. Now that he’s in the league he’s addressed as one of the best point guards in the league. In what just seems like a distant memory of Westbrook playing at UCLA and only sticking to off the ball duties Donovan is going to have fun with his new athletic point guard.

Westbrook’s going to have the basketball in his hands a lot but it only won’t be for scoring.Westbrook’s game is going to explode playing for coach Donovan. Can you imagine how much better of a player Westbrook will be playing a former point guard like Donovan?

Imagine Westbrook’s take flight ability and add that with the wisdom and intelligence that coach Donovan would be spilling in his ear everyday. We could be looking at a guard more lethal than the soon to get named MVP Stephen Curry. There are no glaring flaws in Westbrook’s game and when he starts to learn the position under the direction of another perspective it’ll only help increase his overall play.
