Whether the Bucks win their first round series or not, it will be terrific experience for the young members of the team.

In fact, eight of the 15 players on the current roster have no playoff experience (nine if you don’t count Jorge Gutierrez‘ three minutes last year).

After this year’s playoffs, the team will go into next year with the vast majority of the team having the experience of playoff basketball. This is how teams come of age and this is how the young Bucks will develop into playoff contenders.

NBA Playoffs begin on Apr. 18
