29. team. 86. Every now and then, a losing record can be overlooked in favor of a bright future. The Minnesota Timberwolves are a shining example of that being true. Minnesota has endured rough week after rough week, but they have plenty to look forward to. Andrew Wiggins is doing more-and-more to steal headlines and appear on highlight reels. Zach LaVine, meanwhile, is becoming stronger by the month and evolving into a dynamic playmaker. Once the Timberwolves get healthy, they’ll have a strong cast of role players to complement a pair of rising stars. Unfortunately, this season is beyond lost. Minnesota is 16-58.
