14. 1963-64 UCLA Bruins

The first of John Wooden’s title teams come in at No. 14 on the list. This was different than the other teams, because it was led by the backcourt instead of a dominating center like a Lew Alcindor or Bill Walton. This version had Walt Hazzard and Gail Goodrich combining for over 40 points a game The win over Seattle started a run of 38 consecutive NCAA Tournament wins for UCLA, which will never be broken. Keith Erickson was also on the 1963-64 UCLA team before joining the Los Angeles Lakers and having a solid pro career. The Bruins won the title game by 15 points over Duke.
