No. 6 Butler vs. No. 11 Texas:

Butler and Texas didn’t provide us with many memorable highlights. It wasn’t a particularly clean game, it was pretty darn low-scoring and both teams shot 34 percent or worse from the field.

But luckily for the Bulldogs, Kellen Dunham (kinda) came to play.

He may have cranked the leg-kickout-on-a-three-point-attempt gimmick from “Reggie Miller” levels to “I just got shot in the leg by a sniper” on one memorable flop, but he finished with 20 points for the game, including this huge three that essentially put the game away.

The Longhorns’ disappointing season is mercifully over, and this game, like most games Butler plays in the tournament, wasn’t pretty. Let’s move on to more exciting and potentially enraging things from Day 1.
