4. Lack Of Continuity

Tom Thibodeau is one of the best coaches in the business. In any country, any level of basketball, for my money Thibodeau is among the five best basketball minds in the world.

His teachings of team defense are absolutely genius. How could they not be after learning so long under guys like Jeff Van Gundy and Doc Rivers?

His career coaching record is 234-132. Enough said.

Having said that, a coach is only as good as the team he can mold — and the inability to completely mold this team is apparent.

Thibodeau tries his hardest, he really does. And for the most part he does a tremendous job, but the fact that he he always has a revolving door around certain positions due to injuries makes it completely impossible for this team to truly click on all cylinders.

Basketball is one of the truest team sports and the Bulls are never afforded the ability to fulfill their potential.
