No. 6 Tony Delk

4 seasons, 14.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 40% 3pt

With a roster of Antoine Walker, Walter McCarty, Derek Anderson, Ron Mercer and Tony Delk, would you believe Delk led the team in scoring? You should, because it happened in 1996 when Delk averaged 17.8 points per game while winning a national championship.

Delk scored 1,890 points for his career, which put him fifth all-time on the Kentucky scoring list. He perhaps saved his best performance for last though. In the 1996 NCAA title game vs. Syracuse, Delk hit a record seven shots from behind the arc. He was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four for that effort.

Delk was awarded as an All-American in 1996 before getting drafted by the Charlotte Hornets 16th overall. His jersey was just retired at Rupp Arena last month.
