4. Team Chemistry

Last season at the end of the year, the Indiana Pacers had a major collapse due to the lack of team chemistry. That has not been an issue this year, and they are actually coming together at the right time in an attempt to make a push to get into the playoffs and fans are noticing.

Every single player on the Pacers’ roster is on the same page, and they are much more supportive of each other than they have been in years past. That will be the reason that they can make a push at the end of the year. Rather than falling apart in the most important part of the season, they will be drawing closer together.

Paul George is getting close to returning, and the chemistry will get even better when he gets back on the court. If he doesn’t end up playing this year, then the Pacers are still going to be a tough team to beat.

Indiana needs to continue that chemistry through the end of this season and into next year. Chemistry is one of the biggest keys for any team that wants to contend for a championship.
