2. Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors)

After three unsuccessful tries, Stephen Curry finally cemented his claim as the league’s best three-point shooter when he won the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest. He finished the first round with an impressive 23 points, but it wasn’t enough for top spot, as his teammate Klay Thompson secured it with one extra point.

However, the final round was where he began to heat up. He made 13 straight threes, and turned the pressure up on Klay. He finished with a score of 27 out of a possible 34 points, and had the Barclays crowd up on their feet cheering when he was on his run.

The next night, he followed it up with a somewhat subdued performance in the All-Star Game. He made just three of his 10 three-point attempts, but had a few highlight passes to teammates. One of his best highlights was throwing up a lob to Dirk Nowitzki, who promptly threw one down – perhaps the first dunk he’s had in a really long time.
