6. Nikola Mirotic – Chicago Bulls, PF

One of the reasons why the Chicago Bulls brought Nikola Mirotic to their team is because of the way that he can shoot the basketball. Mirotic might only be a rookie, but he’s one of the best shooters on the team, and he’s shown that when making his shots on the floor, that the Bulls are a much better team.

On the year Mirotic is averaging 7.1 points per game, and he’s shooting 34 percent from the three-point line. What’s more impressive about Mirtoic is that he’s also contributing in other categories when he’s on the floor. This season he’s also averaging 4.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists.

Because of his contributions on the basketball floor, Mirotic’s PER is 15.84, which is a solid number for someone who averages 17.1 minutes per game.

The beginning of the month wasn’t kind for Mirotic but look for him to finish strong. The playoffs are almost around the corner and the Chicago Bulls want to get to the NBA Finals. Mirotic has to play well if the Bulls want postseason success.
