15. Damian Lillard (Portland Trail Blazers)

When it was clear that Damian Lillard would be missing out on making the All-Star Game, many expected him to bounce back with a vengeance. However, since the snub, Lillard has played poorly, cracking the 20-point mark just once in his last four games.

His best game was against the Utah Jazz, where he had 25 points, six assists, and four rebounds. He even had a clutch miss from a free throw with 0.9 seconds left in the game and the Portland Trail Blazers up by one point. Many players attempt to miss their free throw on purpose, but they rarely do so correctly.

Ladies and gentlemen, a player so clutch that even his misses are clutch.
