Due to yet another concussion to the writer (me), the NBA Rookie Rankings have had to be on hold for a little while again. Fortunately for the reader (you), we are back and ready to give the people what the want.

How much has changed over the last few weeks since the last installment of the Rookie Rankings was published?

Well, for one, the Philadelphia 76ers are winning basketball games. Okay, so they’ve won three games since Jan. 12, but they now have reached the double-digit win mark this season, so they’ve got that going for them. However, the wins also take the Sixers out of first place in the Great American Tank Race. One can imagine Sam Hinkie smiling while punching holes in walls seeing his team win games but his dream of earning the top pick slowly get out of reach.

Other than that? Let’s just take a look and see.
