2. K.J. McDaniels – Philadelphia 76ers/SG

Last Week: No. 7

The week has been very good to the Philadelphia 76ers rookie small forward, K.J. McDaniels. The rookie might have still attempted a whole lot of three-pointers this week but he still managed to finish with a lot of great shooting nights.

The best game of the week for McDaniels came against one of the teams fighting for a playoff spot, the New Orleans Pelicans, inside of the Smoothie King Center. McDaniels had an awesome game on the road as he played defense really well. Because of his defense McDaniels was able to get multiple steals which led to open court fast break opportunities.

In addition another game of notable mention was when McDaniels played against the Toronto Raptors. McDaniels finished with 14 points, five rebounds, five assists, and one blocked shot.

To cap off the week McDaniels played against the Detroit Pistons and finished with 10 points, four rebounds, one steal, and one blocked shot in a great road win.
