2. Levi Randolph – Alabama/G

Before the beginning of the year I wrote a story on why Levi Randolph was poised to have a huge senior year and he has done more than lived up to expectations.

The 6’5″ guard from Madison, Ala., is one of the best players in the SEC and he’s having one of the best seasons by a senior in the country. Randolph is averaging career highs in points (15.7), rebounds (5.1), assists (2.9), steals (1.6) and field goal percentage (50 percent). More importantly the Alabama Crimson Tide have one of the best teams in the SEC with a 11-3 record.

Randolph has led Alabama to wins against schools such as UCLA, Southern Miss, and Arizona State. If Alabama never had two close losses to teams such as No. 13 Iowa State, and No. 11 Wichita State, they would have an undefeated team and a top 25 ranking.
