Joakim Noah still a double-double machine

Joakim Noah has not looked like the guy who won the Defensive Player of the Year award last season. And following offseason knee surgery, the Bulls All-Star center has been on a minutes restriction for the most part.

However, Noah has had performances this season that remind us of what he is capable of and the outing against the Grizzlies is one such instance. In this contest, Noah scored 10 points, pulled down 13 rebounds and handed out two assists in 34 minutes of action.

This marked the seventh time in which Noah has posted a double-double this season. While the Bulls have had success with players in and out of the lineup, they will need a healthy Noah when the playoff start because of what he provides the team on both ends of the floor.
