Jabari Parker – Milwaukee Bucks/PF

Firstly, let me just ask this simple question. “Can we just have three straight weeks without an injury to a rookie?” Every week there’s an injury to one promising rookie that keeps derailing their career and it’s tough to watch.

With the latest injury coming at the hands of Jabari Parker, it’s devastating news. The Milwaukee Bucks are in the middle of the playoff chase, Parker was in the middle of the Rookie of the Year award race, and all of that has to wait until next year. At this point the only thing that matters is if Parker is healthy and well.

In his last game of his rookie season Parker had eight points, three rebounds, one assist, and one steal against the Phoenix Suns in 15 minutes.

Before the game against the Suns the rookie Parker had to play against the Los Angeles Clippers and he played well. Against the Clippers he had 12 points, shooting 6-for-11 from the floor, had five rebounds, and one assist in a big home win against one of the Western Conference contenders.

Let’s leave on a good note, this video was going to become the funniest moment of the week, but how about we leave in good spirits knowing that Parker is going to come back as a seasoned sophomore and become one of the hardest covers in the NBA next season.
