Offense

One of the most intriguing factors of the Utah Jazz has been their offense. The Jazz have a lot of young horses in their stable and because of their youth they often get a lot of fast break points. However in spite of getting easy buckets when in transition, the Jazz have one of the slowest teams in the NBA.

Because of their slow pace the Jazz don’t get a lot of points using their advantage, their young legs.

The Jazz are only 21st overall in the NBA when it comes to scoring per game. Their 96.1 points a game would increase if they would increase their tempo. However besides their slow pace the Jazz have a lot to give thanks for.

The offense isn’t the biggest problem, and their continuity is awesome. Every member of the Jazz starting five averages double figure points. Because of their balance, on any given night one of the players within the starting five can lead them in scoring.

With that type of balance within the starting lineup teams can never key in on one specific player because they can get burned by every member.
