Never Say Die

Much is made of the fact that there is no true superstar on the Atlanta Hawks roster, but that’s almost a sign of disrespect to the value of the team spirit that they have put together.

Over the last season and a bit, Hawks fans have got used to seeing their team fall into big holes in games, and sometimes even when they’ve been in front, blow big leads.

What’s most important about that though is, no matter what the scenario is the Atlanta Hawks are never out of a game. The team has an incredible fighting spirit, that has allowed them to overturn massive deficits over the last year or so.

Only a couple of weeks ago, they came back from 23 points down to beat the Boston Celtics, and they generally finish strong too, ranking third in the NBA in fourth-quarter points with 26.4 per game.
