What Do You Need To Know About The Atlanta Hawks?

Having won their ninth straight game, and now only one game back of the lead in the Eastern Conference, it’s about time that fans around the NBA start to pay attention to the Atlanta Hawks.

Those who watch the Hawks closely would be able to tell you that something has been brewing in Atlanta for the last 18 months or so, it just seems like now it might be starting to come to fruition.

This isn’t to say that the Hawks are a title contender, in all likelihood they still have a lot of work to do to get there, but they’re a team on the up with a bright future.

Their recent improvements are no coincidence either. Instead, they are the by-product of good decisions all-round. They have a front office who have made intelligent basketball decisions, a coaching staff with a great understanding of the game, and a roster made up of some of the league’s smartest guys.
