Who are the top five shooting guards in the NBA so far during the 2014-15 season?

There are always players that start out the season strong in the NBA, and it is always fun to see how they rank throughout each quarter of the year. It’s hard to believe that season is already a quarter of the way through, and there have been quite a few surprises already this season. Whether they be big injuries, slow or fast starts, or rumors beginning to fly around, there has been quite a bit of action.

It has been a fun season to watch the shooting guard position, and there have been quite a few great starts from many players. There have been quite a few stories surrounding the shooting guard position as well with Kobe Bryant coming back from injury, Jimmy Butler not accepting the Chicago Bulls’ contract offer and looking to prove himself, and others as well.

All of that being said, through the first quarter of the season there have been plenty of big performances from the shooting guard position. There have been players that many expected to start strong, and there have been others that simply weren’t expected to play as well as they have. Now it’s time to rank who the top five shooting guards have been this year.
