Jan. 31, 2010 — Golden State Warriors at Oklahoma City Thunder
45 points, 11 rebounds and two assists in 40 minutes
Durant put on a offensive efficiency clinic in this January 2010 contest against the Golden State Warriors.
It took Durant only 21 shot attempts to reach 45 points, as he knocked down 16 of those shots and made all 11 of his free-throw attempts.
He also added 11 rebounds, giving him one heck of a double-double.
Durant has scored at least 40 points in a game 46 times in his career. But never did he reach that plateau with a better shooting percentage (76.2 percent) than he did in this one.
Durant would go on to win his first scoring title this season, averaging 30.1 points per contest.
