1. Jabari Parker, Milwaukee Bucks

It really shouldn’t be much of a surprise that the most NBA-ready rookie in the 2014 draft class is performing the best in his first year at the NBA level. There was a reason for that label, and Parker is proving why he earned it.

Parker had, perhaps, his best performance of the season at Cleveland this week, scoring 22 points on 11-of-15 shooting and hauling in eight rebounds, dishing out three assists and accounting for two steals in the Bucks’ 111-108 loss. Also, a surprising stat of the day, Milwaukee has won three straight games twice already this season. Not bad for a team that didn’t win back-to-back games at all last season.

Right now, it’s Parker out in front with a little bit of breathing room, Wiggins trying to catch up and the rest of the rookies jostling for third. Jabari is in control, and he doesn’t appear to be slowing down any time soon.
