20.Kurt Rambis, Los Angeles Lakers

While he’s not the greatest coach of all the Laker greats, Kurt Rambis was the glue guy that let the “Showtime” Lakers be the highlight reel team that they were. Someone had to do the dirty work, and Rambis was that guy.

For another team, Rambis probably wouldn’t have been the same player, but statistically, he doesn’t hold up when compared to the greats.

Rambis did win four championship with the Lakers, and that means something. He knew what it took to do the dirty work.
