Knicks vs. Lakers – February 10th, 2012

Lin continued his impressive run to start his new career path with a big game on a big stage with the Knicks against the Lakers. He put up 38 points on 13-23 shooting and also chipped in seven assists. Kobe Bryant put up a monster game that night, but Lin outscored him and led New York to another big win.

The Knicks finally saw him cut down his turnovers and seeing him outplay Bryant was something that drew even more national attention. Lin’s name was officially known to most households that followed basketball, and he showed that he was able to lead his team down the stretch in big games.
