Knicks vs. Nets – February 4th, 2012

Jeremy Lin got his first chance to prove himself on February 4th, 2012 when the New York Knicks faced the New Jersey Nets. He came off the bench to play 36 minutes and score 25 points to go along with seven assists on the evening. Those numbers immediately showed the potential that Lin had, and the New York fans fell in love with him almost immediately.

This debut so to speak was the first game that fans got to see the potential that Lin possessed. He immediately won the hearts of the fans and they saw what soon after become name as “Linsanity.” Obviously this was the first stepping stone in the journey that Lin has taken to get to where he is now.
