Kevin Willard:

Willard has done his best to make Seton Hall a contender in the Big East this season. Isaiah Whitehead will be a one-and-done player this season and has a unique skill set, the ability to change a game and could make the Pirates a force in the conference. Other than Whitehead though, there are many questions at Seton Hall and if the team does not make the tournament and ends up in the middle or near the end of the pack there will be a lot of questions regarding Willard’s ability to build a competitive program. In his fifth year, the NCAA tournament or bust may be the standard.
