5B.  Wisconsin – Having learned from the backlash of Duke fans about leaving their backcourt out of the top five list, there is no way that one could send the Badgers to the HM list, so we are going to cheat a little bit and add in a 5B, especially if Wisconsin is a heavy favorite to reach the Final Four this season.

Arguably the team to beat in the Big Ten, the Badgers are led by a pair of veteran forwards in Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker.  Kaminsky enters his final season at Wisconsin as a legitimate NBA big man.  Able to play with his back to the basket, or squared up, Kaminsky returns as the team’s leading scorer, rebounder and shot blocker from 2013-14.

Dekker, a junior, became a full-time starter last season and provides coach Bo Ryan with a lot of everything and has played himself into conversations of a NBA lottery pick.

Add in super sub Nigel Hayes and German import Ethan Happ off of the bench and the Badgers are primed for a deep run come March.
