3. Jeff Teague

Not long after being listed as the 64th best hooper in the NBA, Jeff Teague is the Hawks leader from the wing with the skills and stats to back up all of his ESPN ranking.

Last season Teague was top 20 in free throws, eighth in overall assists, 10th in turnovers (232 on the year), ninth in assists per game (6.7) while averaging 16.5 points and 6.7 assists per game. He was snubbed for the Eastern Conference All-Star crew; however, it’s possible Teague can make his first appearance this year.
