Best Case Scenario

The Clippers grow as a team defense under Doc Rivers as the lessons continue to take in the coach’s second season. L.A. wins 60 games for the first time and blows through the West into the NBA Finals, with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin carrying the team to its first championship.

Worst Case Scenario

Chris Paul battles injuries and Jordan Farmar isn’t able to fill in as ably as Darren Collison was a year ago. The Clippers still have enough with Blake Griffin, Jamal Crawford and DeAndre Jordan to make the playoffs, but without home-court advantage in the first round, the Clippers suffer another disappointing early exit.
