4.) Michael Kidd-Gilchrist

NBA beware: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist might be a good shooter next season.

A video was posted recently of the third-year wing taking corner threes, and his shot looks completely different and about a thousand times better. It’s smooth, natural-looking, and quick.

Kidd-Gilchrist has proven to be one of the league’s best defenders already, and his fantastic slashing ability is the only reason he remains any threat at all on the offensive side of the court. With that said, Al Jefferson needs space to operate down low, and last season, MKG’s God-awful jumper didn’t warrant much defensive attention, which allowed the Bobcats’ opponents to throw double teams at Charlotte’s center.

Developing a reliable J would be huge for both MKG and Hornets. Right now, things look promising.
