25. Detroit Pistons (Brandon Jennings & Jodie Meeks)

The Detroit Pistons could just as quickly have a Top 15 backcourt. Stan Van Gundy is superb at maximizing the talent of his players, specifically shooters and pick-and-roll facilitators.

After Brandon Jennings struggled so mightily as a scorer in 2013-14, thus offsetting his career-year facilitating, Detroit’s ranking drops. D.J. Augustin, Will Bynum and Jodie Meeks create valuable depth, but this comes down to an absence of star-power.

Until Kentavious Caldwell-Pope emerges as that player or Jennings finally reaches All-Star form, the Pistons’ backcourt is quite underwhelming.
