27. Indiana Pacers (George Hill & Rodney Stuckey)

The Indiana Pacers lost playmaking shooting guard Lance Stephenson to free agency and leading scorer Paul George to injury. Thus, Indiana’s perimeter offense will come in the form of George Hill, C.J. Miles and Rodney Stuckey.

All are serviceable NBA players who know how to make a positive impact on any game they play. None are inadequate players, but pale in comparison to what George and Stephenson provided the Pacers with in 2013-14.

Until proven differently, Hill, Miles, Stuckey and even C.J. Watson form of the most underwhelming backcourts in the NBA.
