30. Orlando Magic (Victor Oladipo & Elfrid Payton)

In two or three seasons, the Orlando Magic could have one of the Eastern Conference’s best backcourts. Both Victor Oladipo and Elfrid Payton have elite defensive upside. Unfortunately, upside is all they have right now.

Oladipo showed flashes of greatness as a rookie, but he’s still adjusting to playing point guard. Payton could pan out and help Oladipo shift to the 2, but he’s a rookie from a small school and conference.

The potential is tremendous, but there’s only so much you can say about a backcourt that hasn’t played a single game together.
