4) Go prove your worth, Chandler.

The $46 million man needs to play like it, even in Year No. 1. Chandler Parsons is capable of being an All-Star and one of the best small forwards in the league.

In Dallas, he needs to play like it. He wanted to be paid like a superstar, and he got paid like one by Mark Cuban. He needs to deliver.

Fortunately for Parsons, he’s got other guys on the roster who can score the ball. He won’t need to do everything, but he was brought to Dallas to take the pressure off Dirk Nowitzki. He’s capable of it, and he can do it.

But for Dallas to make a deep run, he’ll need to be that guy who can average close to 20 points a game and stuff the stat sheets with rebounds and assists. He’s a star in the making. It’s time to see how bright that star is.

In short, Chandler should do some stuff like this. Maybe not like that every day, but it’d help.
