According to Paul Coro of The Arizona Republic, the Phoenix Suns have agreed to contract extensions with both Marcus Morris and Markieff Morris. Coro reports that Markieff signed a four-year deal worth $32 million, while Marcus agreed to a four-year, $20 million extension.

The Suns confirmed the signings on their official Twitter account and NBA.com.

This comes on the heels of Phoenix re-signing Eric Bledsoe to a five-year, $70 million deal.

The re-signing of Bledsoe and the extension of the Morris twins were generally expected by those within the league. For as long as it took on Bledsoe’s front, his upside was too tremendous for Phoenix to let him walk.

It may not be building the most traditional roster, but Phoenix has kept its promising core intact. It won 48 games in 2013-14 and was on the cusp of its first playoff appearance of the post-Steve Nash era.

For better or worse, the Suns have committed to this vision. What does that mean for the future?
