Andre Drummond

Quite possibly the most underutilized reserve from Coach K’s squad, Andre Drummond didn’t really get the chance to make good on the early Shaquille O’Neal comparisons. Drummond was basically just a clean-up guy off the bench when the game was out of reach and his primary service was providing insurance in case anything happened to Davis, Faried or Cousins.

However, Drummond’s time with Team USA wasn’t a waste either. He was able to compete with some of the best up-and-coming bigs in the NBA, he accepted his role without complaint and he had a couple of rim-rocking alley-oops to excite Detroit Pistons fans for the upcoming season under Stan Van Gundy.
